PC-Covid is the National COVID-19 prevention and control application of Viet Nam.

Agencies in charge of PC-Covid include Viet Nam's Ministry of Health, Ministry of Public Security, and Ministry of Information and Communications.

The operating unit responsible for the development of PC-Covid is the National Technology Center for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

The development of PC-Covid has been sponsored by BKAV, Viettel, and VNPT.

PC-Covid is designed for individuals who are living and traveling in Vietnam.

Main features of PC-Covid include:

Each citizen is granted a unique personal QR code through PC-Covid. This code displays information related to COVID-19 prevention and control based on the national pandemic prevention and control strategy.

Citizens are required to proactively make medical declarations on PC-Covid if they experience symptoms or have been in contact with a suspected case of COVID-19. This allows for support and early detection of infection risks.

Various locations such as offices, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and public places can register for venue QR codes through PC-Covid. These codes help record citizens' entries and exits accurately through QR code scanning.

PC-Covid allows citizens to view detailed vaccination information, including the number of vaccine doses received and the time of the latest dose. Test results for COVID-19 are also accessible through the app.

The app connects to COVID-19 testing and vaccination management systems, displaying relevant information for citizens in specific cases.

Citizens can provide feedback, declare their COVID-19 symptoms, or request help from local organizations through PC-Covid's reporting feature.

PC-Covid provides information about QR code scanning, medical declaration, domestic move declaration, and close contact detection.

Citizens must make a domestic move declaration on PC-Covid when traveling within the country. This declaration helps authorities track citizens' movements and health information to aid in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic.

PC-Covid allows citizens to view details about places they have visited, including names and relevant times through QR code scanning.

The app offers real-time COVID-19 infection risk maps.

The functionality of PC-Covid will be continuously updated and adjusted under the direction of the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control, ensuring convenience for citizens and alignment with the nation's COVID-19 prevention and control strategy. The management of information related to people's health, travel, and contacts is centralized and unified solely for the purpose of pandemic prevention and control, prioritizing information safety. PC-Covid upgrades are performed automatically, with users receiving notifications about changes to stay informed.
